We accept children of all nationalities from ages 2 to 6 years old.
At Flowergarten we encourage children to learn English through total immersion of the English language while playing games, making crafts, participating in our various clubs, going on weekly trips, and learning about a new subject each week.
Not only do we encourage the children to learn English but we also aid them in developing socially and learning about new topics. Our staff consists mainly of native English speakers which promotes the children to learn English with the correct pronunciation and accent.
Our preschool is located in a pleasant Villa surrounded by a large garden and children's playground. The school's interior was designed according to Feng Shui system that helps to promote harmony and positive feeling while learning and playing.

7. – 11. 5. 2012 - Planets and Universe
Last week we started Planets and he Universe topic. We talked about planets of the Solar System. Most Lilies have amazing knowledge of planets and they know other objects in the space such as Moon, stars, asteroids or comets. We painted and constructed Solar System Mobile which is hanging in our classroom. We also made Night Sky pictures. We used different techniques: we drew pictures with wax crayons and then painted with black watercolours. The others cut out different space objects from construction paper and glued them on a dark paper.
30. 4. – 4. 5. – Forms of transport
Our transport theme continued this week and we concentrated on all the forms of transport. We made cars and traffic lights which helped the children learn when to stop and when to go.
Wednesday was ceramics day and Thursday we went on a great walk and raced and sang songs in the nature. Amongst others, 'the wheels on the bus' has been a great hit this week and really aided our little students to better learn this weeks theme.
23. – 27. 4. 2012 - Transportation
This week was dedicated to Transportation. We used picture books to illustrate all kinds of transportation vehicles and vessels to the children. We were talking about what they are used for, what kind of cargo they can hold, as well as how big and fast they are.
16. - 20. 4. 2012 - Sports
Since this week topic was sports, we played indoor baseball. We used miniature bean bags for bases, a tennis racket for a bat, and a foam ball. These little changes made it much easier to play the game and a lot more fun for the children.
9. – 13. 4. 2012 - Weather - sun, clouds and rain
This week topic was Weather. We were talking about different kinds of weather, how it makes us feel, what colour they sky is, and what kind of activities we can do. We made our own song, we called "How is the Weather".
6. 4. 2012 - Easter
This week topic was Easter. All the children were very excited about Easter, they were asking about it all the time, and that gave us a great opportunity to practice our days of the week, since we were counting them down every day :). We decorated our school with colourful eggs and bunnies.
30. 3. 2012 -Family
We enjoyed another spring week in FlowerGarten. First three days we devoted to our families, we described relatives and mentioned names of baby animals. In the second half of the week we started decorating school for Easter.
